Could not fault it at all! All of the staff were so kind and helpful, as a solo traveller new to Berlin they were very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat! and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Will definitely go back :) oh and the breakfast was amazing!

Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.

The location was perfect for us because we were traveling from Denmark to Poland and needed a good hotel somewhere near the highway to Warsaw. This hotel was located about a minute drive from a highway exit, so we did not lose any time that we would have lost if for example we stayed in Berlin and had to enter the city. Apart from that the facilities are super nice and modern. The stuff was very polite and helpful + we got free parking.

It's really one of the amazing and perfect destinations in germany to enjoy the summer vibes . You can literally feel that you are staying on an island . It's really huge , the swimming pools were fantastic, huge,clean,beautiful. Warm water , jacuzzi, waterfalls, running rivers. 2 huge indoor pools 1 outdoor with slides, too. Kids Area (Kart, playground, birthday packages) (pool) and slides too Many varieties you can pick to your stay (tents on sands , cottages, villa, resorts Many restaurants, you can enjoy different types of food and cuisine Pools are open till late time 2AM Rain forest area , you can discover there all the tropical trees and plants ,insects and animals . Modern well equipped hotel with nice lounge and restaurant, although not often visited by English visitors the English speaking staff were went out of their way to help and offer advice, the adjacent spa is excellent, all set in a lovely location.

Well, I think this is the first time I feel like giving a 10/10. Our stay was too short but we manage to enjoy everything this beautiful place and facility offered. It is really beautiful place and everything is nicely organized, quiet yet not boring. The stuff is very friendly willing to help well trained and they speak English effortlessly. Everything is clean and spacious - public areas and room. A reply comfortable bed (although the pillow was not). you can enjoy walking around, exploring, spending time in the beautiful open space lounge or relaxing in the spa area. the restaurant offers a really satisfying variety of well prepared foods and desserts. The staff again is so friendly and professional. Next to it there is an Italian restaurant that was smelling so good - unfortunately we didn’t tried it. I really recommend a visit to both - the beautiful nature and the hotel. For sure we’ll visit it again and next time we’ll make sure we have more days to spend.

This hotel was amazing. The gym was the best gym we have ever had in a hotel. Spread over two floors it have a lot of great stuff. The spa was really nice is which had sauna, steam room etc for extra 20 euros is not bad The breakfast was the best that I have ever had in a hotel. Really good and really nice gluten free bread available (as I am usually limited in breakfast due to allergies). Seriously amazing breakfast. The location was good just a 15 minute walk to the train station and many good restaurants nearby.
